What I appreciated most was that she didn’t just treat the burn and leave it at that. She explained how to take care of the skin during healing, what products to use and what to avoid, and kept an eye on the recovery to make sure there was no unnecessary scarring.

The skin healed much better than I expected, and thankfully there is barely any visible mark now. I really liked how patient and reassuring she was throughout the treatment.
