I recently underwent eye contoura surgery at Lall 20/20 eye hospital, and I must say that it was a life-changing experience! The hospital staff and doctors were extremely accommodating and caring throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and expertise in the field instilled confidence and trust in me, making the procedure all the more comfortable and hassle-free.

The pre-surgery consultation was extremely comprehensive, and the doctor Ashish Lall took the time to educate me about the entire process, including potential risks and complications. They answered all my questions and concerns, which put my mind at ease.

The lasik surgery itself was a breeze, thanks to the precision and expertise of the surgical team. They took great care to ensure that I was comfortable and that the surgical process went smoothly.

Not only was the surgical process seamless, but my recovery was also quick and hassle-free. The post-operative care I received was fantastic, with regular check-ups and follow-ups with the doctors, ensuring that everything was going smoothly.

Overall, I highly recommend this eye hospital and their expert doctors for anyone considering eye lasik surgery. Dec 2006, late evening. I suddenly felt like I was seeing some black mosquitoes flying in a line in front of me, even though there was nothing there. So we went to an ophthalmologist the next morning. She gave me some unexpected, terrifying news. “In the left eye, there is retinal detachment with a horseshoe tear, and fluid has seeped out. So you should immediately consult a retina specialist.” Being new to Gurgaon, we didn’t know any such specialists, so we asked and she recommended Dr. Ashish Lal, in old Gurgaon. We met him, and he was utterly surprised to see that the liquid hadn’t touched the center of the retina - which can happen any moment and can rapidly cause blindness.

Dr. Lal recommended immediate surgery. It was a Sunday, and most clinics were closed. Also OTs, including Dr. Lal’s. My son, in his concern and protectiveness, was unsure of getting this kind of highly-specialized surgery from a Doctor we’d just met - and that too, in an “unknown old Gurgaon hospital.”

Dr. Lal impressed upon us the urgency of the situation and offered his OT to “any other surgeon who could come over.” He said that I shouldn’t move at any cost, as any motion can make the fluid seep out towards the centre of the retina. Such was his humanity, and generosity.

We discussed and agreed to get the surgery done from Dr. Lal only. He didn’t mind my son’s open skepticism and also didn’t utter a word about charges - and in fact, we paid him only the next day. And it was quite a nominal amount.

He did such a complicated surgery on an emergency consultation - without any planning - and I have perfect vision even 16 years later. He’s now become our family eye doctor. My husband and I have had cataract surgery in both eyes, and my other son has had Lasik done with Dr. Lal.

I wish him long life with good health. In today’s highly-commercialized world, it is a wonderful surprise and a blessing to know a Doctor who upholds the noblest values of his profession. We trust him ‘blindly’ - pun fully intended.

I would like to share our experience with recent Cataract surgery done by Dr. Ashish Lall. My father, Mr Virender, had few complexities being diabetic patient and which causes weak membrane of the related eye. We consulted a few doctors in renowned hospitals and got scared when they stated so many hitches around surgery and may lead to multiple procedures. After meeting Dr. Ashish Lall we got a sense of relief where he didn’t deny about complexity but showed us trust that single surgery is doable with high rate of success along with desired results. Dr. Shagun is my go-to doctor for every eye related problem for my entire family and even kids. She’s empathetic, listens calmly and her diagnosis is spot on! She does not believe in prescribing unnecessary medicines or tests. She was my doctor of choice for lasik that went very well and my eye sight is crystal clear now.

I have had terrible vision since 7th grade and at age 21 I gathered the courage to get an eye surgery done. So, I visited Dr Lal and after conducting some tests he informed me that I have to get a PRK surgery done and I’m not gonna lie, the recovery phase was painful and longer than expected however, Dr Lal was supportive throughout the process and did frequent follow ups and it feels so wonderful that I have perfect vision now and I am so grateful to Dr Lal for helping me

I would like to share my experience at lall eye care , we have been visiting this hospital and have got cataract surgery of my father and mother both, they are very happy 6/6 vision aftrr the surgery, rhe doctors are very good especially Dr Ashish Lall and Dr Deepa gupta.

Don't have enough words to explain the professionalism which prevails in this hospital. The Doctor is very efficient and knows his job well and so is the staff Ms Leena and Mr Vindu. They extend the extra care to make the patient comfortable.

My wife who underwent the cataract operation is highly satisfied with the treatment. They implant the lens as told and try to save the patient purse.

Dr Ashish Lall is very humble and polite. He listens to patients with patience and advise right treatment. He personally remembers patients previous history. I had my eye surgery done by him and it was successful. so far I have not faced any problem. highly recommended
