Very high wait time even though the clinic was completely empty, and this happened on both visits. I was in a painful emergency situation and the doctor was of no help as use. She mentions multiple cities on her letterhead but there was no help or support in those cities to help patients. ** **** ******* ***** the doctor never attends her phone calls and none of phone numbers provided are hers but all of her staff, who to put it mildly are greatly incapable to dealing with patients and are in a hurry to disconnect your call.

There is no care or duty from her towards her patients, will not recommend. Had an absolutely terrible experience.

I visited the doctor for acne. I felt the examination and consultation was rushed. The face time with doctor was not more than 10 minutes. *** *********** ********* **** **** * ********* *** *** *** **** **** **** * ******* ************ ***** ** *** **** ****** I was told that details on medication application will be provided by the assistants. The assistant also did a rushed and shoddy job with providing details on product application. Overall I spend more than 2k on the purchase from clinic, applied it for about 2 weeks, ********* ** ************ I was told the prescription should show results in 5 days with a 40% reduction in acne. I was asked to visit the doc in 5 days but honestly my first experience wasn't good enough to visit the clinic again. It felt like a rip off.

I had visited with very early symptoms. Doc recommended less power medicines initially. The allergy increased in next 3-4 days, in next visit she recommended some tests and changed the medicine. It worked really well. Good points to be noticed. She does not recommend extra medicine, and if you are using something already she tries to do the treatment using that also.

One of the amazing doctor who understands patients problem nicely n even the charges are also relevant.....

Doctor is quite friendly n even treatment is also quite satisfactory.

Once I was too late for the treatment but then also she understood my problem n attented me very nicely....

I have taken the medicine as prescribed. Its almost 4 months since then but I still see hairfall which has deteriorated even further. I haven’t seen any regrowth in hair. Neither the hair-fall has stopped. My hairs were so thick and shiny which now is turning bald suddenly. I don’t get the issue at all after I have spent so much money. Please help.

My experience with Dr Jyoti has been absolutely satisfactory and wonderful. Her indepth knowledge and expertise with skincare is appreciable. With her guidance and support, my acne has definitely reduced and is in under control.

Doctor is very humble and genuine . She diagnosed the issue by herself without any hurry. And provided good feedback.
