I had a Golfer’s elbow problem. What I like about the treatment is instead of temporarily fixing the issue Dr Akshay explained me the reason the problem arises in first place. My posture was not correct, lacked strength in core, upper back etc leading to too much stress on arms during workouts. Had series of session which fixed such issues with physiotherapy+strengthening workout suggested by him. As a result elbow problem gone, my posture is better then before and I have gained key insights on strengthening my body

Dr. Tanu has been very friendly. I had been visiting her for quite sometime. Initially for my cervical issues and then for pre-natal exercises. She has been supporting and caring enough to treat all issues nicely. She explained the issue the very first day and then proceeded with the sessions. All the sessions are fruitful and relaxing with her. She brings you in the comfort zone and keeps a check on her patients. I would highly recommend her for physiotherapy sessions and any kind of fitness programme.

I was suffering from excruciating pain in the lower back making it difficult for me to walk. I was in fact in pretty bad shape. I was under heavy medication when I first approached Dr. Tanushree for treatment.
