I’ve been working with Ms. Aparna Gupta at Gray Cells Matter for about two months now for trauma therapy and CBT, and the experience has been truly meaningful and transformative. From our very first session, she created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt understood and heard.

One thing I’ve deeply appreciated is how she explains complex emotional and psychological patterns in a clear, accessible way. She always walks me through the “why” and “how” behind mental patterns, which helps me not just cope, but also build self-awareness. **** ********* *** ***** ** ********* ****** *** just quick fixes that I know I will carry with me well beyond therapy. She has also been incredibly patient, adapting her approach based on how I’m progressing and offering alternatives whenever something doesn’t quite resonate. Overall, I feel supported through this process and appreciate her overall professionalism in dealing with it.

I have visited Gray Cells Matter clinic for CBSE assessment of my daughter. This was the 2nd time I went for the assessment.

Right since beginning i have seen that Dr Aparna Gupta really handled my daughter very gently and patiently. She is a thorough professional. Both times the entire process was completed by her taking painstaking details of every little thing. The 25 page report written by her included everything that is required by the school special educator to help a student. This is because she is herself a special educator and therefore has both perspectives- that of a clinical psychologist and a special educator.

This time also she really understood my requirements very well and created a friendly environment for my daughter to answer all the questions. The whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I had approached Dr.Aparna Gupta for anger management therapy. She recommended EMDR. Her approach was goal oriented and very structured. I was in therapy for 5 months and I started to see positive changes within 1-1.5 months. Dr.Gupta, was very meticulous during the sessions, helping me analyse my memories and reprocessing them. I was not only able to control my anger, which was a feedback I got from my immediate environment, I was also able to quit smoking and start my fitness journey. I am able to deliver much better at work, now that I am able to understand my anger and mange it well.

I went first time because I needed help and did not know where to go. I kept going because Dr. Aparna made me feel safe, to open up about issues in my life I do not share with my closest friends. She helped me realize the root of the issue, and how multiple issues in life can pile up to cause certain conditions which have to be solved one by one. I thank her for helping me when I felt lost and recommend her to people who do not know what to expect from therapy.

Difficult to connect with the doctor on a mental level even after multiple sessions. ****** ****** **** ************* *** not offering any solutions, concepts, or guidelines is not the way ahead- seems more like a delaying tactic. The doctor seems to believe that the solutions come from the patient themselves - perhaps true but without any direction ***** ***** ********** ** ******** ** ***** ****** ***** ** **** ********* Would advise patients to at least visit one another counselor ** *** * ****** ***********

Excellent doctor. What stands out is her approach to the patient, patient handling, and the overall understanding of the issue. She is extremely compassionate and empathetic person. She has a good grasp of the subject and addresses each issue individually. She is goal oriented and gives good suggestions, gives HW and also makes sure to check the HW done. She is thorough in her work. She gives therapy in a most understanding manner that leaves no doubt in my mind about what needs to be done. I have come a long way. My healing journey has been up and down but i am most satisfied that i achieved my therapy goals. Highly recommended.

The approach was nothing less than brilliant.. understanding the problems, digging in deep and further starting to work on the problem was a process that not everyone does as well as it was managed here. Ensuring session schedules are done so that the therapy isnt left half way

It was my first time visiting a psychologist. She was really helpful and helped explain me things with patience. Also I was comfortable opening up with the doctor.

*** ****** ** ************* It felt as if there was no empathy and whole environment for a councillor was quite low energy itself. There was no warmth which you would expect from a psychologist. Quite unsure of her.
