I have had a genuinely wonderful and reassuring experience with Dr. Ajaz Ahmad and his team. I came to him after dealing with recurring back pain and having suffered from slipped disc issues twice in the past.

One of my biggest concerns was getting back to exercise. I had tried joining a gym earlier, but my back problem flared up again, which left me quite scared and hesitant about exercising or lifting weights. I had started losing confidence in whether I would ever be able to train properly again without constantly worrying about my back.

I now feel much more confident about strengthening my back and core and gradually returning to the gym in a structured manner.
