It has only been 1.5 months since I first consulted Ms. Riti for Diet & Nutrition.

I am preparing for a Marathon and wanted to ensure my body composition is right to perform. She prepared a plan which was practical and included food which is part of my normal day-to-day eating habits. Moreover, she kept giving tips anytime I had to travel or was not able to follow the recommended diet pattern.

I must say the results have been amazing for me. First, I do not feel I am on a diet thus making the regime much more sustainable. I lost almost 7.5 Kgs which is primarily out of fat whereas I gained muscle mass. Both of these factors are important for the endurance I need for running.

Consulted Riti Mam for sports nutrition as I was always confused about various supplements which was prescribed to me by instructors and also the side effects on our body.fortunately she has helped me to understand each and every parameter of sports nutrition and I am glad that I have good knowledge abt right food and the supplements

She is a very knowledgeable person. Since am allergic to milk so was always worried about my calcium intake but Riti has made my simple diet plan with so many sources of calcium that i was unaware of and really appreciate the time she has given me to explain each and eveerything!
