Every once in a while we need expert advice related to our mental health but unlike other diseases that we face we hesitate to consult and expert . I am happy that I took that leap of faith and visited Doc Vikas . He explained me the reasons for my thinking pattern and counselled me well enough at first meeting itself . When I walked out of his clinic I had more clarity , less guilt and a light heart . I busted him again post a month in which he instilled positive beliefs in my sub conscious .
