I had 2 wisdom tooth removal a week ago. The dentists quickly brushed **** **** *********** about post op procedures, ***** ****** **** **** ********* ****** ******* ******* **** *********** * ******* **** **** * **** *** * ** ********* **** ********** **** after the removal I have visited the center 2 times already I am being told to do saline rinse which I have been doing a minimum of 3 times a day. The procedure was costly and after a week I am still in unbearable pain ******* *** ********. I got my stitches removed today every time a different dentist shows up, extraction was done by 1 dentist, follow up by another and the stitch was removed by yet another dentist *** ****** **** **** *** **** ******** * *** ** *** *** ** ***** *** ***** ***** ********** ***** *** *** ********* ** ** *** ******* ******* **** **** ***** *** ***** ***** **** ***** ****** ** * ***** ** ******** *** ***** ** *********** **** ** ********* ** **** *** ** ****** ********** **** * **** ***** ** **** ****** **** * ***** *** ******* ***** ****** ******* ***** ** * **** *** *** ****** *** ****** **** ***** **** *** **** *** **** *********** **** ** ** ****** **** ** **** I am not even able to get sleep due to the pain. I took appointment telephonically and confirmed that treatment will be done by aforesaid dentist only. I categorically asked that I need a male dentist only. I also shared that I have faced such instances in Gurugram that initially it is told that male dentist will operate and later I was referred to female dentist. I was assured by his team that only dentist Gupta will operate.

Next day I visited his clinic. I was told that RCT has to be carried out. When I asked that can't it be resolved through filling then he replied that it can be decided only after opening the teeth.

I said ok, you open the teeth then I will decide what procedure should I go as per the actual status. He said big no no. He replied once the tooth is opened up he has to carry out RCT.

I asked that it will take time? He replied no no, it will take hardly 20-25 minutes.

To my astonishment, the procedure got started by a lady dentist. I kept quite because I was in pain. When she completed the procedure I was asked for Rs. 9000 payment at the reception.

The receptionist asked to come day after tomorrow for RCT. I got confused. It was told to me that RCT will have to be done today only because they have opened up the tooth and now they are telling to come on day after tomorrow.

I asked what then she did today. They told today only cleaning and partial filling has been done. I further asked who will perform my RCT then it was told that your case has will be dealt by lady dentist only.*** **** ****** *********** ******** *** ********** **** ***** * *** ******** ** *** **** *******. *** *** ********** *** **** ***** ******** **** ** **** *** ***** ***** ******** ***** ****** **** ********* **** ** **** ** ****** ******* *** **** ***** ********** *** ********* we came to know that it will be done by the female dentist only when I had no other option.

I was asked *** ****** to pay Rs. 4750. * ***** ***** ***** *** ***** ********** *********** ** ********* ******* ** **** ******** *** *** **** ****** *** ***** ******** **** ** ******** **** ******* ****** ***** *** **** **** ** **** ** ********* ** ***** **** ***** ***** I also requested if only cleaning is done with partial filling then they justified the paid amount Rs. 4750 against this only.

Again when the receipt of payment *** ****** **** **** ******* ******* ******** ******** they issued me without GST bill having bare minimum information. On more thing, a patient visit to the experienced dentist because he believe that he himself will operate not because he will just see the issue and later procedure will be done by other dentists. I came to this dentist seeing his experience but of what use when things are to be carried out by other dentists.

There was pain in my gum and it was little swollen for this i visited this doctor, i thought review is good so he will be a good doctor but my experience was not satisfactory at all. He directly said that both the teeth needs to be taken out immediately otherwise the pain will be worse. I asked is there any other option like you can clean the teeth and all, he said that no only option is both the teeth to be taken out. Xray was not needed, he did it and not even seen the xray. ****** **** ** ***** ** *** *** ***** Also he dint provide me the hardcopy of the xray. I asked for this then he said machine is not working. Even he did not provide me the payment slip. I simply wasted Rs 1500.

I will strongly recommend Dr Deepak Gupta & Dr Ankush for wisdom teeth extraction. Already I had a bad experience of another doctor for the same but after visiting Shriram dental clinic, I met with Dr Gupta and the way he explained the issue and resolved the issue was superb. No pain, even after surgery. He took only 5-10 min to remove wisdom tooth.

I am very thankful to Dr Gupta to overcome my fear due to previous bad experience with another clinic.

it is always a pleasant experience vIsiting shriram dental care for any dental issue in the family. Me and my family have been consulting and visiting the doctor since 7 years now. Starting from the reception to support staff, everyone is very helpful. Currently considering the covid situation, the clinic is taking all precautions. All staff members including the doctors work with PPE kit on for 3 to 4 hrs. I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Deepak Gupta. He has handled my emergency case in an instant with utmost care and responsibilities. Right from booking an appointment to the diagnosis to the treatment to the follow up, everything was amazingly handled by Dr. Gupta and his staff very smoothly. Each and every phone calls were attended, each and every queries were answered. I would 100% recommend Dr. Deepak Gupta without any hesitation. Am very much satisfied with the entire surgery and the treatment.

Just a practical feedback, nothing personal against anyone. Visited for wisdom tooth extraction, 2 molars were extracted at once. Did not have any consultation or discussion with surgeon before surgery. No realistic timeline was provided for recovery which impacted my profession greatly. No opg was done after surgery to measure impact. After 3 weeks of sustaining pain after procedure and 3 follow up visits, I visited another dentist. Detected with secondary infection and nerve injury during surgery, none of which was mentioned by the doctor. It was unfortunate.

I was explained the entire procedure by Dr. Deepak in first sitting. The entire experience was largely painless, precise and efficient. I was largely treated by Dr. Dimpy who is extremely warm and patient. All the doctors ensure that patient is comfortable before beginning. The staff takes utmost care of sanitation. The clinic is equipped with latest technologies available in field. Dr. Deepak evaluates the best possible treatment.My family has been visiting him since last 20 years and all of us are contended by the treatment provided.

After reaching Dr Gupta's.clinick I was attended immediately & treatment was explained by. Dr Gupta.as I was his old patient of 8-9 years now at this time he explained the best thing for my gum treatment as I was having some gap in them he advised me to get the gap filled by a tooth cap &he took the measurement After few days I was called to get the cap fixed every time I was attended at the appointed time the treatment was nicely done I'm satisfied One can happily get treated with satisfaction here Thanks to Dr GuptaI

I have a broken front tooth, with a screw and a cap. The tooth was moving around badly, as the root was weak.

The doctor explained the different options and finally, I agreed on getting an implant put instead of a Maryland bridge.

I had visited a few other doctors before Dr. Gupta, but everyone was giving me a temporary replacement option. Not only did Dr. Gupta suggest a good alternative for the gap in my front tooth (denture), but has also treated me well medically. He cleaned the whole area, removed the tissue, and the dead root, before putting in the denture till the implant is available.

I am glad I was able to find him through Practo and getting my treatment from him.
