I highly recommend Dt. Niti Munjal from RxOcean. She is an awesome person and an awesome dietician. I got diabetic figures around 500 and fatty lever grade 2 and doctors recommend me for insulin though I started with tablets. Doctors said that diabetes medicine cannot be stopped. My doctor asked me to reduce 15 kg of weight. Then, I started looking for a dietician. Most of the dietician I talked to were focused and recommended food supplements which I was not ready for. Then on google search list I got Dt. Niti's address then with her natural diet plans after 3 months I reduced 12kgs and diabetes level were reduced drastically. And now after 6 months weight reduced to 18 kg (still trying for more) and medication is now stopped by doctor only.
Eating good without leaving yourself hungry and eating healthy interesting food I seriously never heard it before.
