The doctor visits once a week in Gurgaon location. My mother is suffering from spinal fracture and there were few blood test done as advised by the doctor. The doctor mentioned that I need to share the blood report to him immediately over WhatsApp. I have shared it 4 days back but still no response. My mother is going through severe pain and this Senior Doctor never responded a single request to atleat respond to the test results. I will never recommend

Doctor’s counselling of the patient was excellent. *** ********* *** **** ****. The staff is friendly. The hygiene & cleanliness was good but it can be improved. We felt that that there should be a trained nurse along with the doctors for such treatments.

Dr Navneet Sahay provided service at my home after spine L1 surgery and fracture of C2. He helped in quick recovery so that I can perform my all routine activities. His dedication helped me a lot; he visited continuously even on holidays.

Out of all the doctors I have visited so far, this has been the best experience. He is understanding, friendly and gives very good suggestions.

Dr. Dureja explained the problem in very simple words and made us feel comfortable that the problem will be solved in due time. His treatment started working immediately.

This is the second time , i am visiting the same dr. he explains very well and give th medicines accordingly. i am very satisfied with dr.

Doctor was very professional in assessment of the problem and advised treatment accordingly.

He is doing a great job...

I would prefer him for all pain related issues.

Also staff is very good..

I can't say much as of now, as it was my first visit and doc just gave meds and asked for some tests and see him again.

2nd visit is after a week's time,then i will write accordingly.
