It took me two decades of therapy to realize I had been doing it wrong. Thanks Deepti maam for helping me work through late-career anxieties, potential parental loss and parenting concerns!

As a hyper energetic extrovert, I wasted a lot of money in the past by spending 95% of therapy time as talking sessions. Deepti maam would have none of that - therapy with her is a working session - you have to pause and reflect constantly.

Truth be told, It was slightly unsettling at first - but her approach of making you focus on the true underlying concerns and reflect upon them consistently worked magic. She ensured I came prepared to the sessions, did not ramble, and spent most of the time working out behavioral solutions / explorations for my concerns.

My only surviving parent is in extremely poor health, despite the best of my efforts. Their regular hospitalization forced me to confront my own mortality deeply. Deepti ma'am helped me work through this fear and balance my desire to be a good son, and respect their choices to live out their last days on their terms.

Deepti maam also helped me work through career anxieties - she helped me move from a place of disappointment in myself to self-acceptance, of moving from the past. At every stage, she helped me observe my subtle self-talk, come face to face with underlying assumptions and move ahead. She has helped me make mindfulness an ongoing practice even among busy work hours. She trained me to recognize symptoms, respond to them with acceptance, intentional positive thoughts and self-love.

Parenting teens is not easy. Conceptually it is easy, but on a moment to moment basis, balancing one's children's demands / anxieties with the required task at hand, without giving up or resorting to co-ercion is hard. The emotional resilience tools Deepti maam trained me to have more authentic dialogue with my children , *** ****** *** **** ******** ******* * which meant accepting that sometimes I may be wrong, or that I need to let my children make their mistakes or choose paths that seem random. Her guidance helped me be more present, gentle and accepting in the moment.

Dr. Deepti Choudhary is amazing! She really takes the time to listen and gives super helpful, practical advice. Her sessions made a big difference in how I handle stress and manage my day-to-day routine. Totally recommend her if you’re looking to improve your lifestyle and feel more balanced.

The fact that she truly listens means everything to someone who is seeking help. I haven’t had very good experiences with therapy sessions in the past, but the way she keeps things light and never makes the conversation feel forced made me feel extremely comfortable during the session I attended. It felt natural, safe, and easy to open up, which is something I really value. I’m genuinely glad I chose to take this session.
