I have been going to Dr. Parul since last 1.5 yr and every time she has provided exceptional service both in terms of treatment and in clearing all doubts and fears. She is extremely friendly and it surprises me every time that she remembers my issues, concerns and i dnt have to go in details from the beginning since she is is so good at what she does. She has treated me for uvitis, eye inflammation, and genral eye concerns. She gives good advise and does not write unnecessary test to be done. She is good doctor looking to treat her patients and does not try to make a quick buck out of them which makes her a selected few in the healthcare services.

The clinic is very lively and friendly. The staff is polite and efficient. The doctor is visible and accessible in the clinic, not confined to her cabin.
The attention is efficient and punctual. The doctor gives you comfort and confidence.
My cataract surgery of both my eyes, three weeks apart went as per the prescribed schedule No anxieties. I recovered and was able to carryout my normal chores after three days and was off all the physical proscriptions after 10 days, with better vision.

Very pleased w/ my experience w/ Dr. Parul. Visited Dr. Parul today for an eye infection. Initially had first consulted her on the phone 2 days back. She had prescribed some medicines over the phone given the Covid-19 situation and then I visited her today. Dr. Parul listened to my concerns, understood my symptoms, did a detailed examination and explained to me the issue and the treatment. She was very patient in explaining the issues and treatment and assured me not to worry - as I was in pain for several days and of course concerned about future treatment.

The doctor is amazing! She explained everything in detail and the steps necessary to proceed with the surgery. The only and biggest flaw I would point out is the reception staff that failed to inform us that the doctor was in surgery and would be delayed due to it. We had to wait 2+ hours and only when we asked the reception angrily she told us that doctor is busy. There is no communication between the reception staff and they’re absolutely clueless and don’t value the patient’s time and convenience.
