Founded by Dr. Ritika Gupta, a Gold medalist and Indian Senior Women's Hockey Team Physio and former Senior Football League Team Physiotherapist who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports-related injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation Along with Mr. Srijan Uppal, Managing Director. I had my ACL reconstruction surgery a few months ago and started my ACL rehabilitation with Dr Ritika Gupta. She explained my recovery in a very simple way and created a personalised physiotherapy plan based on my condition. Every session focused on improving my knee strength, balance, and movement, and I could feel steady progress week after week. Thanks to her guidance and support, I'm now much more confident and getting closer to returning to sports. I highly recommend Dr Ritika Gupta to anyone looking for ACL rehab, sports physiotherapy, or post-surgery knee rehabilitation.

The best part of my therapy for back pain was the ability to identify the correct set of exercises and to implement them on ground. The whole team, were diligent in their approach and ensured that I was comfortable during all the sessions . The initial sessions started with identifying the weak areas and thereafter the subsequent sessions graduated to exercises targeting those weak areas .
I was also provided with an exercise routine for home which enables me to revisit those exercises.
The whole team including the admin staff were accommodative to my change in sessions requirement , and were forthcoming in resolving any hiccups ..
overall a wonderful session . I wish the team all the best for their future endeavours .. may you grow leaps and bounds ..

My experience with COMM has been really good. Dr Ritika and her team has tremendously helped me with my back and neck pain. When I first visited the clinic, I was in a lot pain . Under her supervision, my pains have decreased substantially and I am building my muscle strength that I lacked. Her friendly demeanor, positive attitude and patience deserves a huge shout out! :)

I had gone to Doctor Ritika because I had pain and discomfort in my left knee. few sessions with her team and it was a magical experience that I felt 80 % better... Later the same day they sent me pdf of exercise ( beautifully designed) which I religiously followed. It has benefited me immensely. I would suggest each and everyone to visit her clinic.
