Visited Dr on the date of appointment. Clinic was not open. Called the Dr and was told she would be coming over in few minutes. Waited in the car. After some time her assistant came and opened the clinic which was dusty and dilipilated from inside - few extremely dirty chairs, broken ac and dust everywhere. Since my 5 year old son, who was the patient, has chronic dust allergy so we told her assistant the same and he asked us to wait inside the Doctor's room. We also asked patient with earlier appointment who was waiting in the room if it was okay if we waited till she got there and that he could consult first once she arrived. He too very kindly insisted that we wait inside. Much after the appointed time the Dr stormed in. My son, wife and I greeted her warmly. She did not greet back, not even the child, who had by now greeted her again. She rudely indicated that she wanted us out of the room. We went outside. She then came outside and took her assistant outside the waiting room and gave him a dressing down for allowing us into the room. Went inside and after a minute or so returned with her rubber stamp, which maybe had some issue and again gave her assistant another dressing down and went inside. She did not once apologize to any of the patients about running so late and not even having clinic open. The child was getting increasingly nervous on witnessing her temper. *** *** *** **** ** **** *** ******** ** ***** ** **** ** ****** * ***** ****** Appointment time was long due. I asked her assistant to cancel the appointment and we walked out.

**** ** * * ********* ******* ******* **** ******* *******. I had a problem of low vision as I was using Desktop, Laptop for compilation, and Analysis of data. Then I thought I must get my eyes checked. There was the name in opthalmology of Dr Shuchi Verma. I reached her clinic and got checked the eyes. It was found that the Cataract is developing. Dr Shuchi Verma advised me to go for surgery. Prescription given for eyedrops and tablets as a pre-op procedure. During discusson Doctor was very friendly. I haven't felt that I am talking to a Doctor. She was expaining every thing in detail so that I may not have any kind of fear in my mind for surgery. Doctor have told us the kind of lens and its quality and price also. So I thought it is affordable so agreed for surgery. She also told me that with this reasonable price you will get the benefit of clarity in vision for lifelong. So I got very much satisfied so I said ok. The date was decided for surgery. After taking all these drops and medicines I was ready for surgery. On the date of surgery Dr.Shuchi Verma again assured me that every thing would be fine, don't worry. The team took me to OT and without feeling any kind of jerk or pain they performed surgery within 50 minutes. During the surgery also Dr Shuchi Verma was asking me if there is pain or any kind of inconvenience, please don't hesitate to tell. But it was performed in a very professional manner so I was more satisfied. They took me to a ward to take a rest for two hours so that if there is any issue that can be solved. After two hours Dr Shuchi Verma signd the discharge summary and again she briefed about the prescription. This time there are four Eyedrops which were to be taken ever after one hour, two hours, three hours and four hours and also tablets twice a day. Again before leaving hospital she advised me not to worry and if there is any issue, call immediately without hesitation. Then I came back to my house with my wife. Every time my wife was with me. After doing all these things we both felt that how gentle women is Dr Shuchi Verma. She is very friendly, cooperative and submissive. She become friendly within minutes and treat us as a family member. You will not feel that we are patient but a friend. She is very caring, time to time giving guidance and immediate solution of any kind of problem. This is my story. But Dr Shuchi Verma's holistic approach got us connected till date. Because of her approach again we visited Dr Shuchi Verma for Cataract Surgery of eyes of my wife. She was suffering from Glaucoma and also Cataract. Doctor has done screening and testing of both eyes. During a meeting she explained in detail how to go about surgery, prescribed medicines for pre-op procedure. It was the same procedure as explained above in my case. Once, my sister in law came to us . After sometime she felt to go for Cataract Surgery. I took my mother for a 2nd opinion reg. her eye where FLACS was earlier recommended. After thoroughly checking her eyes, Dr. Shuchi actually recommended the normal cataract surgery giving proper and detailed reasons why it made sense. To begin with,Dr Shuchi is a very approachable and friendly person with profound knowledge of her subject.She knows exactly what's her goal and how to achieve that goal successfully.I had visited Dr Verma for my mother's cataract surgery which had become a bit complicated due to negligence on our part.But Dr Verma performed the surgery on her right eye just like a cakewalk.She had undertaken all the necessary precautions before, during and after the surgery,and now my mother's vision is much much better and she is still healing with not a single post operative issue.All thanks to you Dr Shuchi.

The doctor is very thorough in understanding the issue and didn't use any jargons to explain the issue. She is practical in approach and her explanation was very firm to ease the stress i was carrying. She suggested a few alternatives to the medicine as at times some medicines are not available. A very friendly yet professional environment as well as very hygienic in the clinic to ensure Maximum safety of other patients. Even medicines were available at the clinic itself, so that people don't have to think of visiting a chemist thereafter.

The best part of the treatment was that Dr. Shuchi Verma was not in a hurry and she patiently examined my daughter with all advanced and properly sanitized instruments. Doctor took sufficient time while evaluating the correct number for my daughter's eyes with right calculation of axis . The identification of dot and boxes (which i saw first time) helped doctor to easily figure out the accuracy of correct power of eyes for myopic problem when she was not able to read small letters.

Dr Verma also examined me and asked for family history of glucoma as she could see very minuscule symptoms of glaucoma in my eyes. Accordingly she suggested some tests for me.

Usually eye surgeons dont give such quality time for examining the eyes for minor / routine checkups.

I approached Dr shuchi Verma for routine check up of my eyes and preventive checkup for glucoma as I am nearing 40. Also i took consultation for my 11 year oldd aughter for routine checkup and reduced vision.

I visited Doctor Shuchi for Cataract Treatment for my mother. She ensured first of all that she had all the time to answer all the possible queries at our end. On top of that she took efforts to explain in as friendly way as possible to make my mother comfortable which ultimately helped my mother to accept the surgery option with an optimistic perspective.
