In my case practo misguided me with location and I reached somewhere else .after 1hr in my car when I reached closer to actual clinic I asked them if I can come now .dr Tarun Gera before that had already sent me an apology note for no fault of his and still entertained me . They are a very good team . The other doctor had recommended root canal but they said it is not required . The procedure was done very nicely . I was wanted a good dentist in Gurgaon and now my search is over . I was treated by dr Smita and she is really good .

Dr Smitha is really calm with her patients and listens carefully before starting the treatment. Even while applying injection she was so calm , with no signs of hurry at all. Also the clinic is equipped with all the modern tools and very hygienic. She even explained post treatment care really well. Very good doctor and highly recommend her.

Dr. Gera is a friendly person who puts you at ease when explaining the procedure. He has a very "light hand" which helps him carry out the procedure in a painless manner. He also gives you and estimate of the procedures to be carried out and mostly the final bill is lesser than the estimate.

Our family has always relied on Dr Nambiar for any dental issue for over 12 years

Doctor Smitha was extremely patient , I explained to her my case, and she paid full Attention to me, She took time in explaining to me what my problem was and the root cause of the discomfort , And accordingly suggested the therapy .She was extremely professional but at the same time very friendly, which made my experience very satisfying. Dr Tarun is very professional and a new age Dentist. He takes time to understand the issue and provides solution till the time he himself is completely satisfied with it.
