With this virus still active, I tried to wait to get back into the pain clinic. I was in too much pain so I contacted Doctor Bibra on an urgent basis. We made an appointment but he could not make it due to covid19. Instead of making me wait or rescheduling, he contacted one of his colleagues and Dr. Swarnima said she'd be willing to see me.

With a lot of apprehension I went in. This virus has scared me very much but I have a family to care for and I must be able to move. I wore face mask, eye protection and I even brought hand sanitizer, but so did they😁.

The entire staff was safe, caring and kind. They made sure the area was sterilized extremely well and I got my epidural injection the same day.

I had a life changing ease of pain that I am extremely grateful for.

It will be a long road but I am confident with this office and their abilities. For Twenty years I've suffered and half of my pain was gone with this treatment.. It's incredible. I'm still in pain to a certain degree but the Doctors are working with me and caring very greatly for my well being.

I could not ask for anything more. Also they are fairly priced. Definitely not out there trying to take advantage of their patients!

Please don't force yourself to live in pain. Please contact office, they are just the best.

Doctor GP Dureja is the most amazing doctor I have ever met. He is very professional, experienced and polite at the same time. The best orthopedic in Delhi. I got ligament tear in my foot in February 2019 and visited various doctors and physiotherapist for it's treatment but it wasn't healing. I was totally worried about the same because of all the trauma I faced, but he handled me very patiently & calmly. His team is also very cooperative. Sapna Mam at the reception is very sweet, nice & humble. Must visit for everyone in pain. Thank you so much :)

My lower back pain had progressed to the point where I was having difficulty walking after sitting for more than 15-20 minutes. I started taking treatment from Dr Aditya and the chronic pain especially while walking was gone within a single day. During my treatment, I was also given a specific set of exercises to do, as well as detailed guidance and instructions on how to do them correctly for maximum positive effects. Now I can easily sit for longer periods of time than before and there is no pain while walking. I'd like to thank Dr. Aditya for the excellent treatment including pain management techniques and physiotherapy sessions that have helped me become pain-free from back pain for the the rest of my life.

Dr. Aditya did a great job with my first-ever experience with physiotherapy treatment. Visited the clinic for my back pain. He really took his time to explain my condition as well as the treatment options. His approach and behavior are quite positive. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I am still continuing my physiotherapy sessions in the clinic. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I went to him for the meniscus injury from which I am suffering for the last 3 years and he gave me 6 sessions nd treated so well. He is well experienced in his work and main thing he likes his job the most. He just not only give solution to your problem but also tells you the basic things which we lack in our day to day life. Session by session he gives more clear thoughts to you for your problem and gives the best treatment for that. I got good relief with the treatment and hope it will be alright with the exercises he told and day by day I am progressing with the exercises by making it more intense... In conclusion he is the best option for you to be treated and going forward in your life with ease...

Dr. Aditya has good knowledge of the subject. Exercises that he has taught have substantially given me relief. His continuous efforts and constant pointing out at my incorrect posture have improved it significantly. My back ache too has reduced. Dr Aditya is working on my knees and I am able to take long walks. His exercises coupled with walks have reduced my weight by 2 Kgs in a fortnight. He certainly is a good motivator. I wish him all the best.

** ** **** ************** He listens attentively to the patient and then explains the treatment in a layman’s language so that patient understands and has a buy in. My mother is currently undergoing treatment under him and results are positive. I recommend him for any PT related treatment.

I am very happy that I could finally find a solution to my neck pain that troubled me since 2015. I went there after being recommended by a friend and got the correct diagnosis of underlying cause ( active trigger points) and the most effective treatment. (Trigger point injections). This was the second weekly injection and there is significant relief.

It was an amazing experience, i was in so much pain when i met him and as the physio began i could see the difference. Within 2 sessions i was on the way to recovery and strengthening. He explained the problem in detail and helped me understand the reason. Worked on the concerning areas and then on strengthening the muscles around that area for future. I want to continue contacting him for regular sessions to keep strengthening my muscles.

We actually need our doctors to listen to our problems patiently where we can feel comfortable and let him know what pain and problems we are facing.Dr Dureja was absolutely polite and calm despite of too much waiting, he wasn’t rushing with his patients.
