The doctor was not available during my visit, so my treatment did not happen. I did not go back again.

I had pus in my ear, and Dr. Bulbul Gupta cleaned the infected ear, explained what she saw, prescribed medication, and scheduled a follow-up. I felt well taken care of during the visit.
