Yashasvi Bone and Joint Clinic, Paschim Vihar

This patient has knee pain since 20th June 2021 and he called me on 6 August evening at 5.45 pm saying that he wants to show to me urgently. My timings were till 6 pm in that clinic . I had to go to some other hospital where my patients were waiting still I told him to come to my clinic. I did not see him in a hurry. I gave him full time and listened to him. He asked me a question that both his knees click, I told him this is not a problem as many people have click noise but don't have pain. I advised him not to do so deliberately as it injures the ligaments.He told I am habitual of doing like this and laughed. What a waste of time!! He had more pain in one knee and I examined him properly and advised MRI of knee and medicines. I took out the print out but it got mixed with another printed prescription lying down in a table. I handed over to him the wrong print out which is not done deliberately.It was pure a human error. I did not come to know that time, when I left. I got the call when I was driving. I told him that I will try to send the right prescription. He told me to send on line the correct prescription. When I reached other hospital I got busy in seeing other patients. He could have come next day to my clinic and collect the right prescription. I called him on 8 th August and talked to him and advised him to come to my clinic. He told I have already shown to another doctor, I don't want your treatment.I told him very softly that it's ok.My mistake was that I Attended his call and told him to come to my clinic to help him out. He puts blame on me that I wanted to add 500 bucks to my earning. I don't want such type of stupid patients who r themselves uneducated and think they have the right to write anything in social media just because they think what they r doing is right.I think he would have been more happy if he would have attended doctors who could have made more money by attributing a big problem to his clicking of knee. These type of patients deserve this only. He thinks he is a very intelligent person who rates me low and other persons are fools who have rated me so high. Horrible and irritating behaviour of some patients who make you pissed off. I feel not at all sorry for such kind of patients who waste your time and energy and instead of understanding the real problem, they blame on you. I pray to God to refrain me from treating such kind of patients.
