A special thank you note to my favourite Doc. Firstly thank you so much, it’s been an incredible journey for me. I have been dealing with acne for quite a long period of time and it was hard for me to figure out what’s the actual cause might be or even if it was to choose the simplest skin care product and then following it religiously. Dr. Richa always gave me hope that it’ll take time and that everything will be worth the patience. Gradually the acne reduced and even the scars started fading away, it was a step-by-step process of healing. No matter how delay I do for follow-ups, she always takes the consultation so nicely (without scolding me). But I do follow up & never stop the treatment. Lastly, it’s been therapeutic for me every time I clear my doubts with her and she so patiently makes me understand each process of the treatment.
