I must say that psychological counselling is a must in our country and in youth specifically because all of us are undergoing some or the other issues and if you get right help like I got from Dr khyati, you’ll feel better about yourself.

I visited her bcz of inter marriage issues which had been going on from last 4 yrs. I wasn’t able to mediate and make everyone understand my situation, my cousin suggested me to go for counselling and after thinking for over a month I decided to consult.

And felt sometimes it’s important to take third person perspective that too a professional as it will not be biased and some level of understanding will be created. It’s been over 3 months now of consultation and I will not say that things are sorted rather I’ve a better perspective and coping mechanism with her help.

I’ve been facing issues my personal life related to marriage and someone asked me to counselling sessions for the same and I counsulted Ms Khyati, she explained me the entire process very well also called up my wife for the counselling. And we able the understand the issues and we have started to work on the same by not judging and understanding each other.
