I have been taking therapy from Mahima since Dec 2021 when I was going through a very tough phase in my personal life. I will never forget my first session with Mahima and the utmost calmness with which she handled me and took me through it. From then on she has held my hand and helped me get up and face life despite my fears.

Overall, Mahima’s calming, reassuring nature has always given me a lot of positivity and made me feel strong. The most amazing moments are when I find myself having multiple thoughts, emotions, and feelings all mixed together but her one pertinent question would just clear the picture for me. Her ability to understand the sentiments or the crux of the situation helps in the self-realization of things which is a beautiful feeling.

Mahima's sessions are always very relaxed yet professional, allowing me to express myself to the fullest without holding my emotions. I almost always come out of the session feeling relieved, calm, and confident about myself.

I have now improved quite a bit from that first call and am grateful for every conversation I have had with Mahima thus far. Although I know I have much more work to do on myself, I feel confident and look forward to traversing that path.

She totally changed my lifeI first met her when I really hit the rock bottom, the wors.t that could happen had happened, I was in immense pain, and was completely helpless, but ever since the first time I talked to her, I felt a sudden kind of relief, like she took responsibility now and I can just relax and she'll make everything alright.She's NOT like those counselors who care about you for that 1 hour that they charge for, One of the many very rare things about her was she always told me that I can contact her anytime I had anxiety doesn't matter the time, I just need to reach out. Even though it wasn't needed because her sessions were so effective, still that sense of reliability and security she provided works wonders.And slowly I got the greatest thing I could have got in life, I got myself. All thanks to her I feel so powerful. I feel so great. I feel so fulfilled. It has been almost one year since I met her, within a month or two I was well enough to continue on my life without the help. But even after one year, the things she pointed out and made me believe, continue to reap it's benefits and really life is so so so so much better. And one thing I learnt is for life to be better, all you need is that you be better (healthier and happier) first.
