I have been privileged to meet. Dr. Rathi who treated me for a back problem for a long time. Dr. Rathi always asked questions, spend sufficient time to understanding the problem, explain the situation well and was never eager/quick to simply recommend any tests just like that, more importantly, he was always accommodating to answer any question I had. A visit to Dr. Rathi was always a wonderful experience, plus he conditions a positive mindset which instills confidence in the patient.

I always found him to be very professional, thorough and confident about his prognosis. The care, service, and results were of the highest level possible. Without a spec of reservation, I strongly recommend Dr. Rathi to anyone who needs any kind of orthopedic intervention.

I consulted Dr. Akhilesh Rathi as I had a disc prolapse and the condition was so bad that my left leg was in immense pain and partial numbness. I couldn’t move my leg. Dr. Rathi suggested a minimal invasive procedure microdiscectomy. I was afraid with the name of spine surgery but I was amazed as soon as I woke up after surgery and my leg was completely fine. I walked the same day and I walk perfectly now.

I highly recommend Dr. Rathi and would like to thank him for the surgery and his polite and professional attitude towards his patients.

Doctor advised that my finger was fractured and suggested plaster. After getting all wrapped up I was presented with an invoice of 6k. The person at the reception couldn’t even get the math right as it was only amounting to 5.3k. Ideally when a treatment is being offered the costs should also be disclosed so that the patient can make an informed decision. Surprisingly the doctor was kind to offer me a discount. I just felt the whole thing was rushed and I was merely treated as a transaction that needed to happen so the consultation could move on to the next patient. There were no after care instructions - dos/dont’s provided. He might be a good doctor but I expected more from him. Also I’m not quite pleased with the results - still in pain and now resorting to another doctor. My candid feedback that should be worked on to elevate the experience being offered to the patients.

Sincerely explained. No overloading. Have confidence in the doctor. It is very boring for a patient who is trying to give a feedback but you have uploaded such that we have to write more.

In such situations any normal person will avoid giving feedback.

Dr. Rathi is a gem of a person I got a chance to meet him several times for the treatment of my mother's knee pain. Very quick resolution for my 1 year old kid whose elbow joint had got dislocated. He got it fixed within a sec! Kid who was crying a lot became quite immediately after that! We couldn’t be happier.
