The experience I had with the doctor wasn’t really good. * *** * **** **** ** **************** People kept coming into her office for things and she kept receiving calls and answering them. She didn’t compensate for the time she wasted in these things and finished the lesson earlier as she had to leave even after starting it late.

Regarding her suggestions and methods, some were good *** ******** *** **** **** **** **** **** She was interrupting me throughout and I had to push to ask for a solution and get myself heard.

Well, all i can say is i can see changes in myself, my behavior, mood swings, control on thoughts.. Im posting this review on 28june, 22 and till now i have taken approx 7-8 sessions i guess. Dr. Pooja listens very patiently and is very friendly as well, not at all judgemental. Im visiting her majorly for my overthinking and anxiety stuff. And I'm looking forward to get absolutely fine with her help :)

My counseling is on going right now. I have taken approx 10 sessions till date (14-07-22) . And i can feel changes in myself, my behavior pattern, my anxiety level. I hope this get cured completely and doctor can help me with it :) . Overall its going good.

I joined antarman as an intern... My experience here was full of learning. Both the professionals neha and Pooja are well trained... They are knowledgeable and experienced so i got so much exposure during the internship...

They were very calm with their patients and also their students ...they explained everything in detailed... .

I have been interning under the supervision of Neha mam for a few months now. She is a very calm and composed person with good professionalism and skills at taking therapies and assessments. She is a great supervisor and facilitator. I am amazed by her level of knowledge and expertise in the field.

My life was completely changed by her (Mrs Pooja Sharma), I was so helpless before from years but after meeting her i overhauled my life within a matter of few days or weeks, it was just like a miracle to me to be honest.

I truly recommend her from my heart and can't thank her enough for this, if anyone of you here looking for help,i believe she is the perfect person to go to.

I started going for a therepy in March 2022 . Initially I met different councellor but it could not make my situation better . Lastly, i met Pooja mam and the very first day of councelling , i found that none of the councellor were actually foucussing on the reasons of my mental health issues. Because to trace the reasons of mental health issues is more important than coming to unreasonable solutions . All of my sessions with Pooja mam were of around one hour and she asks everything which troubles me . I had severe anxiety issues but now i m able to deal with my anxiety , anger and past traumatic experiences issues more than 60% . I feel normal .

Ms Neha is an excellent counselor with efficient and relevant skills. The environment is very safe, friendly and comfortable for clients.

Dr Neha is a very experienced professional. She is also a great listener who is willing to find out about the root cause of the problems by intently listening to the patient before diving into the solution. I have had around 2 months of counselling done so far and I have a positive outlook on her approach.
