I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent physiotherapy sessions with you. Firstly, I truly appreciate your attentive and patient approach during our sessions. Your ability to listen and understand my concerns made a significant difference in my comfort level.

Strengths:

Communication: Your clear explanations of each exercise and how they contribute to my recovery were incredibly helpful. It aided in my understanding of the treatment plan and motivated me to adhere to the exercises at home.

Professionalism and Knowledge: Your expertise in addressing my specific injury was evident, and I felt confident in your treatment recommendations.

Empathy and Support: Your encouraging demeanor, especially on days when I was struggling, was very comforting.

Areas for Improvement:

Time Management: While I value the thoroughness of our sessions, there were a couple of instances where the sessions ran over the allotted time, slightly disrupting my schedule.

Follow-up Communication: It would be beneficial to have a brief follow-up, maybe via email or a call, between sessions, especially when there's a longer gap.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I've noticed considerable improvement in my condition. Thank you for your dedication and support throughout my recovery process.

He was the 3rd doctor whom I approached between 7th nd 9th July. Fortunately he was the only one who could understood the problem and could explain it to me the root cause of severe pain. I was emotionally nd morally very weak due to the pain as it made me completely dependent on others. Dr Gaurav is an excellent person and takes time to talk with every patient and explain the issue. He gives personal attention to every patient.

His staff is very Courteous and helpful. They attend to everyone with a smile and make the patient feel like a Family member.

I think I have an incredible experience with Dr. Gaurav and his team. I came with a bad shoulder twist and within less than 10 days time I feel not just recovered but more aware of my past cervical issues which they’re addressing too.

The clinic is clean, with good energy and pleasant music playing. The staff is highly empathetic, kind, well trained, polite, hygienic and professional. I am extremely glad for being recommended to this place by my mother. I generally don't write reviews but the clinic and the service compelled me to write an elaborate few words for them. I wish no one an injury but if you do, they’ll handle you with utmost care I can assure. Highly recommending them to more !

The treatment given is way better than any of the doctors I've visited earlier. It's about total satisfaction and understanding of the root cause of problem. The physiocare given is amazingly effective. Got releif from joint pains within a week time physiotherapy sittings. Friendly and polite behaviour is another god point.

Dr gaurav is really a very nice doctor.** ** ************. friendly,polite and listens carefully to the patient and tries to give the advice as good as possible.he explains everything clearly.you can visit his physiotherapy centre without any hesitation.
