My experience with this doctor and clinic was deeply disappointing, and I feel obligated to share my story so others know what to expect.

I underwent a high fistula with abscess surgery with Dr. Banerjee on 11th July 2026. Within hours of the procedure, I experienced severe complications - blackouts, vomiting multiple times, and urgent bowel movements just 4 hrs post-op. The doctor was completely inaccessible during this critical period. Later, I learned that basic pre-operative bowel preparation had not been done - a standard precaution for this type of surgery.

What troubled me most was not the initial complication itself, but how it was handled afterward.

For the next three weeks, I repeatedly told the doctor and his team about my severe pain, irritation, and inflammation* ** ******** **** ********** They kept saying “you’re healing” ******* ******** ********* ** **** * *** ************ ** ************* *** ****** The doctor prescribed antibiotics and medications but never properly examined why I was still in significant pain. When I called with concerns, I received minimal response. The team was consistently unresponsive to messages and calls, despite my distress.

Till date I never received a single follow-up call from the doctor or nurse not once to check on my condition or well-being **** *** * ******* ******* ******* ** ** ************ ** *** ****** ** ********* ******* ******* *********** ******* ****** ********

My issue is not that a complication occurred. Complications can happen in surgery. My issue is that Dr. Sandip Banerjee and his team refused to listen to their patient, ****** ** ******** *** ****** ** ******* ***** ***** They had previously committed to improving their staff responsiveness ***** * ********** ***** ********** ****** ******* *** ******* ********

I cannot recommend this doctor. If you value being heard, cared for, and properly managed through a vulnerable medical experience* **** ********** *** ******* *******
