Filled with empathy and compassion, she delivers an unmatched experience when it comes to listening to a patient's concerns and walking them through a customised eye care regimen. Yesterday, I visited her at her clinic and felt pleased that unlike elsewhere, she does not act as if being pressed for time but put you through intensive questioning in order to gain a deeper insight on the underlying problem.
