There is no doubt that Dr. Sanjay knows his jobs and executes it to perfection but its is the extra effort he puts in to know his patients their weekends and strength, their physical and mental struggle, their fears and how he devices their therapy around it is what sets him apart. Other than his own field, once you are under his wing he is ready to help you get consultation with doctors from other departments and in fact helps to get in touch with the doctors.
