I was suffering from the excruciating pain and visited KALP Physiotherapy Clinic. Dr. K. K. Kant was very patient and took time to listen to my problems. I highly recommend anyone looking for care and treatments. They give a good service and their staff member was also extremely cooperative and helpful. My treatment was beneficial and any advice that I was given was appropriate and helpful in the interim and longer term.

So I have had issues with my back for past 10years or so, all the other doctors had to say that I should avoid fatigue and take pain killers if at all the pain is excruciating. Dr. K.K. Kant is a great doctor and human being. I visited for cervical pain in the neck. It was a chronic pain of 6 years which got cured within 15 days. I highly recommend him. Dry needling and cupping therapy are really effective.

I had been suffering from recurring lower back pain for a long time. The recent episode rendered me severely compromised to the extant that I was unable to sit for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. After multiple treatments, I was recommended to meet Dr. Kant. I liked his interactive and involved approach. I was surprised when he diagnosed this problem to be unrelated to the lower back and spine, in spite of the MRI reports suggesting otherwise. His diagnosis was gluteal amnesia, the glutes had stopped working properly and was putting excessive load on the hamstring and lower back muscles, which resulted in the lower back muscles going into a spasm. He, very confidently assured pain removal in 3 to 5 sittings.

I was a bit skeptical, but decided to go ahead as all other therapies hadn't been working for the last 5 weeks. I underwent a series of dry needling and cupping therapies over the 5 day treatment. The pain was completely gone on Day 5 as assured. This was followed by another 5 days of cupping and muscle release. A home exercise regime was also incorporated along with. Today, on Day 10 my treatment ended and have been told to resume normal activities. I feel quite confident that this problem will not recur moving forward.

Alongwith this, a couple of old injuries in the shoulder, thighs and ankle were diagnosed and treated with dry needling.
