I visited Dr. Monica to manage my weight and to follow a nutritional diet. My weight was stuck since a year. And once I started consulting her, I can see visible changes. The best thing is that her diet plans are very simple, nutritional and sustainable at the same time. I feel much more confident in my own skin now. Besides that she is extremely helpful and flexible. I highly recommend her, not only to just loose weight but also to inculcate a better nutritional lifestyle.

She is excellent in communicating the kind of diet and nutrition one needs. Also takes care of the taste and how to make your meals healthy as well as delicious all together.
I almost lost 10kgs in 4 months, which I always thought is not possible. As I love food, and can’t go for much simple or boiled stuff.
