I was suffering from a severe muscle sprain around my shoulders and back , so much so that I could not lie down straight , sneeze or take deep breaths. No amount of painkillers and muscle relaxants were of help untill I met Dr. Saakshi and she immediately diagnosed my issue. It was my first ever consultation with a PT and I never expected to have had such a detailed conversation about the problem, it’s causes and the subsequent solution. She was diligent in her diagnosis and also the treatment. A severe pain and discomfort that lasted for more than 2 weeks was relieved within a course of 3 days only. She never suggested any pills , neither did she linger the process. I am totally satisfied and in relief post the treatment she carried out.

I admire the way she talks out the problem and explains in details , that as a patient you already start feeling confident of getting cured even before the actual treatment starts.

I was suffering from severe neck pain, mild swelling and spasm. On the first day Dr Sakshi just gave me US therapy for 3-4 minutes and then moist heat pack for 5 minutes for my severe neck pain or spasm. She had charged 800 Rs just for this. Next day she she gave the same thing along with some vibrations too. But she was treating other patients too along with me ***** ** *** ** *** * ************ ********** A lady was already on the patient couch taking some treatment and she had started giving US therapy to me just next to her. And then one other men came to her for his session she took him along with me when I was sitting with the moist heat pack. I did not like her ways at all as she was wrapping the same towel with moist heat pack for every patient. When I had gone the next day she wrapped the heat pack in the towel and had kept that on one lady's back, after that she had applied the same towel for me at my neck and then she had used the same towel for other patient also on his knees. Did not find this hygienic at all. It was an old injury of my mother and initially the injury has been mishandled by the doctors of my home town in Bengal. As per the advice of a local doctor, we have taken the physiotherapy treatment from Dr. Saakshi Dhingra (PT). It worked magically within only seven sessions. As my mother had to fly back Bengal within a week time, Dr. Dhingra put her highest effort despite the COVID situation. With the constant support from Dr. Dhingra, my mother recovered from the injury within this short time period. It was really a good experience.

I went to several doctors to get myself treated but the the symptoms were not going away. And all test reports were normal. During this time had taken few physio sessions with Dr. Saakshi. Seeing this, Dr. Saakshi suggested trying different postures and keep a tab on which posture is aggravating the pain. I did the same for a month. And this has really helped me a lot. The tingling in the upper body has gone away. While my lower body still has the issues, will follow the same approach there. And hopefully it will be cured as well. Really thankful to her for the patience and for being so friendly during the entire session.
