I have been taking therapies with Tejasvini for nearly a year. I had issues pertaining to coping with my life situations and chronic illness, and associated behavioural changes due to the unchanging situations. Since the initial sessions, she has greeted me with a vibrant smile, coming in to the session room with quite an energetic vibe and start.
She talked in a very encouraging way, and assured me that none of my thoughts were or invalid. This made me open up, and made me feel that I wouldn't be judged for any of my thoughts. Hence, I could express myself better, as howsoever underwhelmed I may feel of my thoughts, she never made me feel so, she made me feel it's alright, I expressed, and the question she would ask in return, that she described as the part of CBT, made me reconsider my thoughts. Therapy as a process is slow, and as a person I am quite impatient, angry and impulsive. There were times when I had often projected my anger of the situation of my life on her which isn't right and any person would react back badly, but she knew how to handle me. It's only possible when you are able to trust your psychologist the most. Because during the last year, I learnt that I had to be receptive to the feedbacks and suggestions they give you. Sometimes, I felt that some suggestions weren't alright at that moment but in retrospect, they were. She knew what she had in mind. For instance, I remember, I would keep asking her for sessions which were very close in duration. She wasn't concerned about increasing the number of sessions but didn't want me to be dependent on her. She wanted me to learn coping capabilities with her as a help. Sometimes, it doesn't makes sense to us at that time, but in retrospect, I think it made me better.
The most distinct qualities that I think that would set her apart would be that she gives her full attention during the session. Due to circumstances, I have been quite a distrustful person, and I was able to confide in her and develop trust in her. It's quintessential that there is trust between you and your therapist. I could get a good vibe from her. Not only this, after been taking therapies, I have come to believe that therapies aren't for people who are sick or mentally unwell- we all have some issues or struggles in life and therapy teaches skills that helps to manage day to day life better.; to become a stronger person and you start feeling that you aren't weak. You start believing that problems will exist and you might start helping others. I have been urging people in life to seek therapy because it is not something that they should take when things are out of control but learning to deal with a life which is supposed to be hard for all, I guess. I have developed a trust in Tejasvini as a therapist that she is excellent, and if my experience has helped me, I would definitely want that it be shared with others who might be helped as well. I would be enthusiastic to give her my highest recommendation. Thank you!

I had been dealing with depression for a while. I had tried therapy before, and it hadn't worked for me. So, naturally I was hesitant about giving it another try, but I also realised I was at the lowest point in my life and I needed help.
When I first met Tejasvini, she made me feel comfortable, and the way she explained depression told me that she is extremely knowledgeable. It's not only natural, but also desirable for your therapist to know more about your psychological condition than you do. But it precisely her ability to not rub it in my face is what makes Tejasvini a fantastic therapist.
She never made me feel like my emotions are invalid. She offered me perspective on things in life, but never expected me to agree with her. Regardless of what would have been going on with other patients or her personal life, week after week she was there for me. Just knowing that somebody understands me, has the tools to help me, but most importantly is also willing to do everything that she can to help me changed my life.
Highly recommend.

My sessions with Tejasvini ma'am started a few months ago when I reached out to her through Practo for helping me deal with anxiety.
This was the first time I was going to see someone for anything mental health-related and hence, I was really scared and nervous, owing to the stigma that there is around therapy and wondered if it would actually help me in any way.
I don't think I have ever made a decision better than this in my life.
Sessions with Tejasvini ma'am have been really introspective, emotional and most importantly, really really helpful.
Her insights and attention to detail can only be surpassed by her friendly and positive nature, which in turn makes it super comfortable for one to talk about their issues. She provides you with a safe space where you can be your most vulnerable and real self without even an iota of judgement and the perfect ways to work towards a better and happier you.
Talking about myself, I am much better than I was a few months back. She has made me realize my own self worth, has taught me how to deal with anxiety and has helped me steer my outlook on life to a more positive one.
To everyone reading this, just pick up the phone and reach out to her if you think you need help. Highly highly recommended.
And just in case if you are someone who has never has never been to therapy before and are a little scared, take my word on this, therapy will really help you. Don't hesitate, just go for it!

Tejasvini has the sensibilities of a seasoned therapist and the warmth of a friend. Sessions with her are incredibly comforting, and insightful at the same time. Having been to various therapists (about 5) before meeting Tejasvini, I can vouch for her unparalleled dedication towards her clients. She is not quick to jump to conclusions, doesn’t judge, and provides an actual safe space for me to express myself, which is especially important during history-taking sessions. Additionally, she is always willing to work through issues with me repeatedly; she believes that if you want to talk about an event/occurrence repeatedly, you probably do need to talk it out until it has less power over you. Her willingness to converse with me as a friend puts me at ease, and I look forward to all my therapy sessions, even if we’re doing heavy lifting/ discussing heavy topics. I can trust Tejasvini with everything that goes on in my head, positive or negative, and I know she’ll be there, paying careful attention, and making me aware of issues I need to work through. I’ve done emotional work with her for about a year now, and it’s been the most productive Clint-therapist relationship I’ve had.

I began seeing Tejasvini at a particularly difficult time in my life, where I didn’t really know how I could get better. I’ve been seeing her for about four months, and she’s been a great help throughout. She truly listens to what I have to say, asks insightful questions, creates a safe space for me to open up without any qualms, and gives me practical and genuine solutions to different kinds of issues. Not only does she have extensive knowledge about her domain from the best of institutions and organisations around the world, but she also adds a human element to the application of that knowledge to tailor it to one’s life. She is also very warm and approachable, and never makes the experience seem clinical or detached, which was a major issue with some of the other mental health professionals I’d seen around.
She’s been a tremendous support since I’ve started seeing her, and has also been kind enough to take out time for an emergency session during a health crisis that I had.
While I am still a work-in-progress, I’m extremely grateful to have her to talk to, and to give me the tools I need to work on myself. To anyone who is struggling, and doesn’t know how to take the first step towards making your life better, please know that you can absolutely trust Tejasvini to help you out. She’s an amazing professional and a genuinely great person who will root for your well-being and look out for you. I know that choosing the right therapist can be confusing, which is why I’m delighted to recommend her, knowing that she’d certainly be the professional who can change your life for the better.

I have been struggling with anxiety and depression since I was 16. It would usually be manageable but sometimes explode in bouts of mental breakdowns or depressive episodes that would last months. This summer, after some unfortunate turn of events in my life, I finally took the decision to visit a therapist.
Tejasvini has been, besides a therapist, a very good support to me through my rocky times.
During my first visit/consultation session with her, she started off with introducing herself and her qualifications as a therapist and also informed me about the therapist-patient confidentiality.
After listening to my immediate problems, she gave me a tentative diagnoses and described how the sessions would work in helping me resolve my issues.
Throughout the sessions, Tejasvini has been warm, kind, and a patient listener. At times talking to her has felt like venting to a friend who doesn’t pass judgement. For me personally, the sessions have often been cathartic.
The fact that she’s young, also made it easier to talk to her about my issues. Her self help methods and insights have often left me thinking hard about my life and choices. What I appreciated most about her approach was how she’s able to relate with me and share her own life experiences to help me see things differently. She’s encouraged me to get a different, more positive perspective to situations. Even as the frequency of my sessions became irregular, she kept in touch, asking for updates about my life and mental health.
Therapy is hard. It’s a bit naive to think it’ll magically solve all your issues. However, if you’re struggling in life and have considered therapy as an option, please don’t hesitate to go for it. It’ll be hard work, most of which you’ll have to do yourself, but it’s NEVER NOT worth it to ask for help.
You might also have to visit a few therapists before you find the perfect fit - someone you’re comfortable sharing your issues with.
I am still working through a lot of my issues, and even though I haven’t completely turned my life around, therapy has been a big win for me this year. Anything I took away from it was only positive, even if it made me come to some hard realisations. From my own experience, I would definitely recommend Tejasvini as a therapist.

My sessions with Tejasvini have been nothing but helpful to fight mental health issues. Since day 1 of my sessions with her, she made me so comfortable to open up about my issues and discuss them with a professional like herself. I have discussed some very hard topics with her and she made it so easy to address them which I really needed at that moment. With every session with her since last few months, I have learnt how to consider my perspectives in a way that I hadn’t before.
It’s been a few months since I have been taking therapy sessions at Healing Conversations and I am so thankful to Tejasvini for helping me overcome my issues.
If you’re reading this review, don’t think twice and reach out to her if you are going through any mental health issues and trust me, your healing journey will start with the very first session with her. :)
