************** *** ***** ********* doctor does not even hear you out completely and tries to rush away the patient. I asked for a virtual follow up consultation from the doctor beforehand, once they have the test reports and she agreed to it. But next day I had to follow up multiple times even for the test report and got no virtual consultation but just excuses on every call and was told I will get it tomorrow. Likewise the previous day I kept calling them multiple times on 3rd day but no consultation and infact doctor's assistant tells me that video consultation would cost another 2000 bugs. Also, the wierdest part is, this is the 1st very own clinic of its kind because here the medicines are not suggested on prescription but on WhatsApp and when asked for a proper prescription, her assistant told me tha doctor has asked me to visit her because she's gonna mention it on the same prescription only that I had for my initial visit. I don't think a person who is already dealing with health problems would be able to this level of pain in order to get a proper consultation. So in my opinion I would not at all suggest this doctor to anyone.

I am a patient of Dr. Anikita Gupta. I have had two endoscopies, and another procedure done for gastro problems. She is very efficient, explains things well, and runs a professional clinic, which is carefully following the Covid19 norms. Her clinic is a one stop shop including getting the medications needed. I especially appreciate how well she manages her appointments and sends you a follow-up message the day before your appointment, which is rare in Delhi and comes across as very professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone have a gastro problem.

I went with my dad for consultation regarding pain in his abdomen area and vomiting. The doctor was very unprofessional as she was busy watching her phone while my dad was explaining the issue. It felt like she was doing a favour to us by treating us. We went there during lockdown, imagine how urgent it would have been but the doctor was very casual *** **** ******* *** **** *********

I sincerely do not recommend this doctor. Vey unprofessional and waster of time and money.

The doctor is competent, but their financial management leaves much to be desired. In my experience, I was required to pay an additional amount, but when I requested a refund, it took 25 days and numerous follow-up calls to receive it. They did not proactively offer the refund, and I had to make an effort to obtain it.

Hi readers I am writing this feedback after a good visit with dr ankita gupta. I have been suffering from stomach ache and vomiting from long time but was not able to find the cure , I was in search of good gastro doctor in delhi but was not able to find the root cause of the disease I search through google and practo and came to see the Dr. ankita Gupta's profile I straight away call the clinic it was so smooth to book an appointment. After booking the appointment I visited the clinic next day Dr has suggested me for some test and after the tests she has prescribed me some medicines and followed the medicines for 3 months . after the first visit I was almost 80 percent cured already, after second and third visit my long diesase were gone Now i can tell that i am 100 percent cured with the help of Dr Ankita Gupta.

I would like to reccomend Dr Ankita Gupta if you are facing same issues regarding the gastro.

I had a horrendous experience. *** ****** ** **** **** * ********** **** * ******* The diagnosis was inaccurate and incorrect. She should really work on her work ethics and not exploit patients just for her capital gains.

I was suffering from fatty liver disease since few years but i didn't know what was the main reason for it after visiting dr ankita gupta she guided me properly and made me fully satisfied with her treatment
