I did not receive proper time or attention from the doctor. The consultation lasted only 5 to 7 minutes, during which I wasn't asked about my concerns or symptoms. When I tried asking questions, the doctor couldn’t provide any reasonable answers. She simply recommended a list of tests without explaining the possible cause of my pain. I was charged ₹800 for this brief interaction, and now I’m expected to pay another ₹800 just to discuss the test results. This approach felt rushed, impersonal, and not appropriate for a professional medical consultation.
