I had ignored my various dental issues for several years, as I was scared to visit Dental clinics due to past bad experiences. However this only compounded my problems and decayed few teeth extensively. At this point, one of my colleague recommended me to meet Dr. Palash After reviewing my problems, Dr Palash assured me and made a plan to address all the issues, prioritising severe issues first (to ensure immediate relief from painful teeth and easier chewing of food). The work involved extraction of a crooked wisdom tooth (managed by his associate Dental surgeon), couple of RCs (with crowning), replacement of crown on RCs done a few years ago, and implant of 2 teeth which were completely decayed (after root canal done about 5 years ago). During each visit Dr Palash explained me the procedure he will do on that day and estimated time taken for the process. He took great care and was very patient to ensure the procedure was painless for me. The entire process was very transparent and handled professionally. Last couple of visits were during Covid. I was really impressed about the great precautions they took at the clinic. Everything was properly sanitised. Visit timings were segregated to ensure no waiting patient in the lobby. At the entrance, my temp was scanned, Oxygen saturation checked with a SPO2 meter, my hands, feet and body were sanitised with spray. Also I was given a disposable plastic vest to wear over my Tee, and a pair of disposable hand gloves. During the procedure, Dr Palash and his assistants were in PPT.My overall experience was very good and it helped me overcome my fear to visit Dental Clinics. I am really pleased with Dr Palash professional, yet personalised service and would be glad to recommend Dr Palash to anyone with a dental issue :-)

I am so fortunate and blessed to have met Dr. Palash . Not only he is a great dentist but also an amazing human being. I am not exaggerating when I say that I didn’t feel even the slightest of discomfort while my sessions. He has gifted me with a new smile, a new me. And my mom was in tears when she saw my new smile. After full mouth surgery Thank you, Dr. Palash , from the bottom of my heart. I once asked you what your spiritual practise was and you said it might sound silly but it’s your desire and mission to work for your patients’ well being and happiness. For a very long time, I was considering having implants, but because of the cost I was hesitating. Finally when i got the courage, I went to meet Dr Palash for assessment. Upon checking my teeth, Dr advised for implants, and unexpectedly and I will forever be grateful, they gave me a payment plan where i can manage to pay without compromising the quality of service and implants that they were going to provide. Today and always, I will be very thankful to them, to Dr. Palash and all the staff who helped me and took care of me. Until today, a year after the procedure, they check on me regularly to make sure everything is fine with the implants which is the most important thing with this procedure. This makes me feel very safe. The services they gave me and continue to give me is the best and my life is changed because of that.

Excellent hygiene standards, great experience. I went for a wisdom tooth extraction knowing exactly how painful the process can be but from the word go, I felt very comfortable being under Dr. Palash supervision. They were very patient with the process taking time to make sure that I can handle the pressure (part of the process). The follow ups were very prompt as well.
