Bad experience, not efficient, out of practice, not refunding money...

We went for dental treatment and doctor took Rs. 4000 from us for cleaning, filling and RCT but while taking treatment of filling and cleaning, we experienced **** **** ****** ** *** ** ******** ** she gave injection ******* which is still paining after 5days as well. So we decided not to take any further treatment from her and requested our balance payment refund but doctor denied to give money back saying that its non refundable. However she never informed us or mentioned anything in writing that it is non refundable. After requesting many times politely when we told her we have to raise complaint then she said go ahead and raise a complaint. It's our hard earned money, we gave 4000 Rs. And we requested for refund of 1500 Rs. For which we didn't want to take treatment. ******** ******* *** ******** *** **** **** *** *** ***** we gave 2500 for that but now we can't handle it anymore and wants our balance payment to be refunded. We don't know whether we will get our money back or not but for other people, please be aware while going there. ** **** ****** * ********* ******* **** ****** ** ******** ******* *********

Very much hygiene concious and provide painless treatment. All the equipment are of latest technology. Really satisfied with the treatment. Give you time to make your problems understand and then treats.

The environment was very friendly and so was the doctor, the fees was also very decent that would fit anyones budget. I would recommend it to everyone out there

earlier i was so afraid of getting dental treatment as my experience was so bad but here i got wonderful dental treatment. very much cost effective. firstly the doctor understands your problem so well and then suggest you the best solution. really needed this kind of dentist in society.
