Hoped for better: Doctor friendliness
There is a serious miscommunication between the staff and the doctor. The doctor scolded the patient without listening to their side of story, I have never ever come across such a rude doctor. Her staff told me over the phone to book appointment at her Lajpat Nagar clinic as her Vasant Vihar didn’t had any slot whereas I never wanted Lajpat Nagar. He convinced me saying let it be booked now and later we will cancel if you get a slot in Vasant Vihar. I just said ok, if you think that’s a good idea. Later I received call from them saying if you don’t turn up today then we will never give you appointment in this lifetime, it was quite shocking to hear that from a doctors clinic and just said ok. I reached her Vasant Vihar clinic 10 mins before time and the moment I entered with my daughter, she should on top of her lungs saying you can’t cancel and re book appointments like this , I’m so busy on weekends and because of you my scheduled is disrupted. She didn’t give me a chance to open my mouth and explain what happened she kept shooing me and scolded my daughter too. Never ever going back to her or recommending her to anyone 0/5 stars for her horrible behaviour. So unlikely of a doctor to behave like that !!!!

Dr. Rasheena has been our eye doctor for 6 years. A few months back my husband was treated by her for Iritis. Her prompt diagnosis and timely treatment was able to save his eyes from further deterioration.She explains the diagnosis and treatment with ease.
