when I consulted Dr Navdeep I was in a bad state of mind . I used to feel a stretched band in the brain. Although my CT scan was absolutely normal but MRI had some minute findings which the doctor critically analysed and detected. He suggested for lumbar puncture and detected minute CSF. He prescribed me few medicines alongwith the suggestion of weightloss and breathing exercises. My BP has been under control and am much better. The doctor is extremely friendly and makes the patient comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Navdeep Kumar in a video visit. Dr. Navdeep was very much thorough in going over with my symptoms. He understood my complex situation and condition quite quickly. I am truly grateful for his counsel. It did not take him much time to come to the right conclusions. He ensured that I understood the treatment options. I was very vex due to cluster head pain from last 6 years and before here all doctor said me that this is migrane and so their treatment does not affect but dr navdeep said me in one minute that it is not migrane this is cluster and so all previous treatment not affect and said me to take some medicine for 2 week and now i am ok.

The doctor is polite, friendly, examines the issues very clearly. The doctor has examined the headache as Cluster Headache which all the previous doctors diagnosed as Migraine. The doctor gave confidence that the issue will surely be resolved and also gave the guidance for the non occurring of the headache.

I had consulted Dr. Navdeep over video call for what I thought was Migraine as this is a family problem. Turns out I have Cluster Headache and the doctor diagnosed ke correctly with medicines that have made me feel so much better in 48 hours compared to doctors who had wrongly diagnosed me with Migraine and treated me with incorrect medicines for it.

My Experience particularly after the overall wait time of more than 50 mins was not satisfactory.The overall explanation to me of the exact issue was minimal and even after asking questions, the doctor seemed irritated by the fact that patient wants to know about is problem.I took the medicines for 15 days (as prescribed* **** ** *********** ** ** ********* *** finally had to visit another specialist
