PT Nandini Kishan is well known face in the world of stiffness and pain. Many times me and my mother have received the best of physiotherapy possible from her.

But the turning point was when I met with *an accident*, resulting in left leg's *POPLITEAL ARTERY* getting punctured alongside severe cuts. Doctors were whispering for amputation. God being on my side, the artery was ligated and the cuts were skin grafted. After 3 months as the recovery was in progress, the stiffness of of knee erupted as a villian.

We turned to Dr. Nandini who then deputed *Dr. Jyoti Gupta (PT)* to deal and solve the problem.

We were not apprehensive as we had seen Dr. Jyoti's capabilities earlier at the clinic. By virtue of her *intellect, dedication, hard work, friendliness, tolerance & patience*, she handled my case with such an ease despite all odds.

It was all because of Dr. Jyoti, I could get out of those horrifying moments. Though it took some time but her patience along with motivation skills lifted me up during my low times.

Hello everyone

To begin with let me tell you that Dr Jyoti Gupta is the most genuine doctor I have come across. During the second wave of Covid, I ruptured my L4-L5 disc space while lifting a heavy oxygen cylinder. Then what followed was a series of consultations, doctor visits, and sessions of physiotherapy. One friend suggested me to visit QI Spine Clinic. Since it is a big and famous clinic that specialises in spine related problems I immediately enrolled myself with them for 18 sessions amounting to Rs. 18000. But I got no relief. The therapist I was provided with was also a bit arrogant. Then some suggested to go for surgery, some suggested injections, and what not. Then on my wife's advice I decided to visit Dr Jyoti. *** *** ** **** **** * *** *** *** On her first check up she diagnosed the problem which was Bursitis, in addition to disc space. Within 4-5 sessions I was able to feel the change. My pain started to subside, and I started feeling lighter. Her treatment is a combination of exercise and machines. She does all the treatment herself. And recommends surgery only if nothing can be done.

Well Dr Nandini along wid her colleauge Dr Jyoti put me bck on my feet in a mnth tim aftr diagonose wid Compressed nerve at L5 nd S1drastically aftr doing yoga xercise while hving bck pain. In a span of 5 hrs i cud not stand, walk or sllep as d pain hd travelled frm back to left leg till d fingers.It ws unbearable pain in d thigh/calf mucsle. Dr gv me cool ultrsonic/IFT fr d frst wk nd subsiquiently added more m/cs nd xercised. I m quite ok nw cn walk, stand nd sllep cooly.Many many Thx to both of dem who put me back in cool 35-40 dys.
