Hoped for better: Wait time
This feedback is only about the waiting time and complete apathy for the time of patients. Called the clinic at 7 pm and took an appointment for 8 pm. Reached clinic at 8 pm and discovered that there were 11 patients in queue before me, which means an approximate waiting time of another 2 hours conservatively. This shows a humongous time mismanagement on the part of clinic staff. They should not have taken 8 pm appointment just 1 hour before, if there was such a LONG waiting time. ***** ***** ***** *** utter disrespect for others time. ********** *** ****** ***** **** ******* there is a huge crowd lined up but I wished they have the humility and professionalism as well. ******* ** **** ****** ** ***** ***** **** *** ***** ***** *** ** *********** ** *** ***** ***** *** ** *** **** ****

My timing was 11 am, but I had to wait till 11:20 am. We were allotted 20 minutes which I expected the doctor to hear me out for that time but unfortunately I was given 10 minutes only I wish I had booked a late appointment or last appointment. Although the experience was good there but being a practical person I needed some professional commitment.
