I visited doctor first and i was really happy with the way he understood my problem suggested me treatments that needs to be done .I got my RCT done by doctor it was great visiting the clinic.Charges are also nominal as comapred to other doctors .i would definitely recommend doctor to my friends and family

Overall cost was INR 8900/- for root canal, filling etc. but no proper invoice or any payment receipt was given to us and when I asked for bill, simply on letter head, it was written & given to me.

Told something else and bill was given for something else.

Doctor was friendly and treatment was satisfactory but it was not value for money and little bit expensive.

Our RCT or Root canal...Single visit...Painless...via an experienced endodontist and computerized digital satelec RVG for xray....and high strength cosmetic filling and including good quality ceramic cap and for all this...what i charge is less compared to the treatment what other clinic charging.. Behind my clinic same treatment with all low quality stuff and by BDS...cost exactly haf...still..patients prefer to go for treatment at our clinic...so..we know what treatment we are giving ...worth more than what we are charging...Regards.... Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction

The treatment was good but the hygine was poor. The equipments r not cleaned between patients & the doctor opened his gloves (which he did not throw in the bin n handed to his attendent for later use) n put on another pair which seemed reused as they were not packed or folded. The attendents dont wear gloves. I was not given a cape for my treatment. Also proper separate receipt is not given for treatment & visiting charges. Card payment is not accepted although paytm works.

Gloves handed to the attendent as bigger bin in attendent area to dispose of gloves specially for gloves only...receipt u can take any time as if any time i refuse for receipt ......u kindly collect as there is no seprate reciept for my consultation of Rs 150...yes ofcourse for reimbursement u can take reciept any time.card payment always accepted ...but if any problem with card machine ...i cant help.....even though i know my treatment is good and on time...with no showoff or unneccesary glamour... Regards...yes thanks for yr suggestion...

Firstly , the wait time was really long. Then they were so busy that water wasn’t change. Really unhappy with treatment. They just did it. CO-ordination is not there. I guess they need more space and more people. Should be more hygienic I guess. Really bad experience this time.

Good to hear about space.....we increased our clinic space...as we have 4 dental chairs instead of 3...as to decrese waiting time...but if patient won't intimate or patient coming late by half an hour,from the appointment time ...we are unable to do check up on time and request generously to wait for his or her diagnosis as we believe in quality treatment for all our patients ...not the quantity... water we change for each patient and even patient has the easy accessibility for water change while sitting on dental chair...as we provide RO purified water and good quality disposable glass for every patient both in working and reception area... our clinic is the only clinic in north and West Delhi with Anti Bacterial Membrane facility ....done every 3 months and Bio Medical waste disposal as well...even after charging lowest Consultation charges... But yes yr feedback helps us to improve...as out of more than 98 percent positive feedback... negative feedback helps us to learn and helps us to do better for our patients......
