Hi,I had a great experience with dietician palki,I got solution to my problem,I always thought eating junk,high fatty foods will help me gaining extra kilos but nothing is like that,She explained me the importance of balanced meal,right way to gain weight,how important is to focus on physical workout even when you have a lean body,how sleep cycle plays an important role in overall good health,and most importantly banana shake is not the one which can only help in gaining weight.I thank Palki with all my heart for giving me the right guidance,for giving me time over call to explain the things in detail.I highly recommend her.God bless!

I started the plan with 110 Kgs. I was trying various options myself but weight was not reducing at all. I contacted the doctor as my colleagues have received great results while consulting her.

She asked me what are my favorite foods and since I am a non vegetarian she prepared a customised plan for me for 3 months which was loaded with Non Veg food. Best part of the plan was that exercise was so simple, just 40 mins of daily walk which was convenient for me considering the fact that accessing gym might not be possible due to work pressure.

And I was surprised to see the results after 2 mnths. My went reduced to 99 Kgs.

Dr. Palki has a great knowledge of specific food and diet which will be required for every person.
