During pregnancy and post-pregnancy, I had gained a lot of weight which caused a lot of health problems. I used to have severe back pain and restlessness. I consulted Dr Harshita about a year and a half ago and Dr Harshita listened to all my problems, understood my food preferences and designed an efficient and effective diet plan. The diet plan has done wonders; I was able to reduce ~28kgs over a span of one and half years. I've thyroid issue with active weight gain I tried different methods to loose my weight but nothing worked that much then for the very first time I tried proper dietician and I found dr.harshita and she adviced me to follow a diet for 2weeks then after following I got results leading to 3-4kgs weight loss
