My lower back pain had progressed to the point where I was having difficulty walking after sitting for more than 15-20 minutes. I started taking treatment from Dr Aditya and the chronic pain especially while walking was gone within a single day. During my treatment, I was also given a specific set of exercises to do, as well as detailed guidance and instructions on how to do them correctly for maximum positive effects. Now I can easily sit for longer periods of time than before and there is no pain while walking. I'd like to thank Dr. Aditya for the excellent treatment including pain management techniques and physiotherapy sessions that have helped me become pain-free from back pain for the the rest of my life.

Dr. Aditya did a great job with my first-ever experience with physiotherapy treatment. Visited the clinic for my back pain. He really took his time to explain my condition as well as the treatment options. His approach and behavior are quite positive. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and cares for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I am still continuing my physiotherapy sessions in the clinic. I am so glad I chose this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Doctor GP Dureja is the most amazing doctor I have ever met. He is very professional, experienced and polite at the same time. The best orthopedic in Delhi. I got ligament tear in my foot in February 2019 and visited various doctors and physiotherapist for it's treatment but it wasn't healing. I was totally worried about the same because of all the trauma I faced, but he handled me very patiently & calmly. His team is also very cooperative. I went to him for the meniscus injury from which I am suffering for the last 3 years and he gave me 6 sessions nd treated so well. He is well experienced in his work and main thing he likes his job the most. He just not only give solution to your problem but also tells you the basic things which we lack in our day to day life. Session by session he gives more clear thoughts to you for your problem and gives the best treatment for that. I got good relief with the treatment and hope it will be alright with the exercises he told and day by day I am progressing with the exercises by making it more intense... In conclusion he is the best option for you to be treated and going forward in your life with ease...

It was an amazing experience, i was in so much pain when i met him and as the physio began i could see the difference. Within 2 sessions i was on the way to recovery and strengthening. He explained the problem in detail and helped me understand the reason. Worked on the concerning areas and then on strengthening the muscles around that area for future. I want to continue contacting him for regular sessions to keep strengthening my muscles.

We actually need our doctors to listen to our problems patiently where we can feel comfortable and let him know what pain and problems we are facing.Dr Dureja was absolutely polite and calm despite of too much waiting, he wasn’t rushing with his patients.

I visited Dr. Aditya for pain related to hamstring injury. Within the first session itself he explained in detail the extent of my injury and the possible time period and trejectory of my recovery. He explains every procedure done for pain relief. I personally liked his way of making patients understand their injuries and overall there is a mental satisfaction of recovery going in the right direction. I will recommend anyone in need of physiotherapy to visit him.

Dr Aditya is well versed with musculoskeletal system and their impact on pain management. I took physiotherapy for lower back pain and noticed marked improvement in pain after two weeks. The exercises recommended were quite valuable in managing pain, building strength and getting back to normal daily routine. Dr is friendly, explains the concepts well and always available for therapy sessions within minutes of scheduled time. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
