I found the entire approach and interaction with Dr Bansal and his team highly professional, at each and every stage of my interaction. We consulted him after going through three other psychiatrists who only added on the medicines but never gave the patient a listening ear. but Dr Bansal is different. Not only is he friendly and genuinely interested in knowing about the patient, his line of treatment is very modern and easy-going. Dr Bansal draws out his patients from their shell and offers them hope, a light at the end of the tunnel. My father-in-law was cheerful after speaking to Dr Bansal. Even this small change is noteworthy for us as he hasn't spoken beyond a few words in the last few weeks. I can't recommend him enough. He is like a god-send in our lives. May his tribe grow!

I've been going to the doctor for nearly 4 years now. What I can almost promise you is that he wants you to get treated and healed in the true sense, and not get addicted to the medication.

He was candid to tell me on the first instance itself that if a medicine does not work... to tell him. This is counter to what many psychiatrists say that the medicine is to be taken as they say. Automatically makes you more comfortable and trust him.

The second thing he told me was it's all about the rapo between him and me, which is so true. Your doctor maybe very high rated, but it's really about each other's wavelength as well.

What is true is that he genuinely cares, even if it is 9:30 PM at night, he's there to help if needed.

He is rational and gives you the power to help rationalize, which works perfectly well for me.

Please follow the medication as the doctor prescribes. It's no joke and skipping or randomly popping pills is not healthy or advisable.

Be rest assured he has good interests for you and not for his pocket.

I got postpartum blues and anxiety after delivering. I met Dr Shwetank today and at the very first meeting only I felt so relieved that I’d be better soon. Doctor has it in him that he makes you feel better and confident. He heard ne patiently and explained my issue very well and assured me that it’s a very common issue. Doc treats depression as a real problem and listens and understands each and every thought process . Meds were given to break the stereotype of addiction and gradually reduced the doses keeping in mind the recovery rate. Treatment is mostly therapeutic and working on the attitude and way of life.

Tried a lot of "Best" "Senior" and so on...psychiatrists in Delhi NCR.
