Zolcalm 5 once before sleep
I was on course of zolcalm 5 for few days after that i discontinued in supervision of doctor( my issue resolved) But twice in a week i have to take it on SoS basis like for two consecutive days,rest of the days i am fine Is it ok? I am an hypertension patient taking nebicard 5 once in morning Plz advice

Yes it's fine to take it on SOS basis. Also follow sleep hygiene tips

Have your dinner about 2 hours before the bed time. Stop taking water, coffee or tea like substances after dinner. Go to the toilet before retiring to the bed. Keep the lights to the minimum in the bed. Think positive before the sleep. Eat a balanced diet. Avoid excess use of fat containing foods in your diet plan.
