Do you get pregnant after you both the fallopain tube removed and what are th second effect and how are the chances of ectopic pregnancy if both the tube are removed

IVF will definitely help you. But at 39 yrs and being overweight you might be a poor responder. Chance of ectopic minimal though not nil.Take help of nearby gynaecologist to check for ovarian reserve or connect with us at Sanjivani clinic , Pune.
