Ulcers can be painful and we need to find out the cause..some of the common causes are
1.H.pylori-A common bacterial infection leading to stomach ulcers
2.Long term intake of NSAIDS like Brufen,aspirin etc
3.Acidic foods (Spicy,hot )
4.smoking
5.stress etc.
