Yesterday a dog sstepped on my left foot
I was playing with a local colony dog and when he stood up his toe was on my feet. I was bare footed. I felt his toe nails on my feet but there were no visible scratches. He just stepped on my feet and then walked away. After 5 minutes I washed my feet with water and then applied Dettol antiseptic on it but I did not feel any irritation. There was no bleeding and I could not even see a scratch. One of my toe fingers has a little bit of pain but it is just a muscle pain due to the pressing of his feet. I am worried about any infection. Please suggest me what to do

No worries. When the dog stepped on you  thete was no bite or saliva of the dog.  Therefore what you have done is the right thing. Nothing more
