Vaccinated dog licked foot problem?

Unfortunately yesterday i posted a question about dog licking my son. Today my turn a home grown dog licked my foot which has no visible wound. Owner said it is vaccinated. Do i need to see doctor for any treatment? Please advice me. Thanks
